Amy Kartheiser opened her eponymous Chicago-based studio in 2014 and has been designing high-end homes across the country ever since. A world wanderer and seeker, Amy is constantly looking for pearls of beauty and wisdom that can elevate her designs and enhance the lives of those around her — in both physical and mental spaces. From her extensive adventures to far-off lands and her immersive focus on wellness and mental health, Amy embodies a well-lived life, and her unique worldview and influences ensure each space creates a sense of comfort and curiosity. Amy leads the design process with boundless enthusiasm and creative vision. Her client-centric approach prioritizes transparent communication, impeccable service, and commitment to integrity.

Amy is a member of the Leaders of Design Council, has been honored on the LUXE Gold List, and received LUXE’s Red award for Best Contemporary Designer in Chicago.
