My Self Care Round Up

This is my all-time favorite best personal care products round up.  These can all be used by both men and women, except possibly the eighth item, but since this is a no judging zone, you will not hear a peep from me.Get ready to be amazed.

__________

Compeed Anti-Blister Stick

I have learned to be proactive with my feet.  I rub this fantastic anti-blister stick on any time I have a lot of walking to do or when I have a date with a pair of iffy comfortable shoes.  This will keep those blisters at bay and keep you dancing all night 🙂

__________

Compeed Blister Care Cushions

So, if you missed the product above or if your shoes got to your toes/heel before you could save them, this cushioned adhesive is the best product for a blister.  Way better than bandaids.  They come in a small case so I carry a pack with me on those nights out with a heel over 2 inches.

__________

Hair Feel Finishing Stick

This gel stick is my favorite product for flyaway hair or hair that just won’t stay put.  I keep one in my work bag as well as in a drawer in my vanity.  Great for loose hairs when you are putting your hair up or those annoying pieces that won’t stay behind your ears.

__________

Colorscience SunforgettableBrush-On Sunscreen

This powder sunscreen works wonderfully, especially if you have makeup on. Non-greasy and leaves a matte coverage. I keep one of these in my car at all times. They are great for kids sporting events or anything else on the go.

Crest 3D White Whitestrips

Yellowing teeth?  Do not waste your money on those expensive teeth whitening services that cost hundreds. They are not effective and they hurt. These teeth whitening strips work. Simple as that.

__________

SK-II Facial Treatment Mask 10 count

It is not always possible to find the time or the money for a good facial. These face masks are the answer to that dilemma. It works out to be about $10 per “facial” when you use this amazing mask but worth as much as the $125 you would pay for a professional one. Yes, you look like Jason when you have it on, but you will come out looking like Charlize Theron. Pinky swear.

__________

HydroPeptide Collagel Eye Masks 8 count

The SK-II is my favorite facial mask but this is my favorite gel mask for the eyes. I use this the night before a big event and they are amazing. They never fail me and I wake up looking refreshed and my eyes are not puffy. They are a true gem.

__________

My Burberry Eau de Parfum

This is the only Burberry item I have ever owned. I do not wear much perfume, only on an occasional evening out, so perfumes were never high on my radar. However, a few years ago, I discovered this lovely perfume on a card insert in a magazine and I just had to have it. Yes, I am the person that actually smells those. I bet you start now that you’ve read this.

__________

Zimasilk 100% Silk Pillowcase

I am coming clean – I get blow-outs and I sleep on my stomach. There you have it. If you do I what I do, or even if you don’t, a silk pillowcase is where it is at.  They are anti-aging, anti-bedhead, and anti-sleep crease (ie, no more wrinkles). If you only purchase one product, this should be it.

__________

Schick Silk Touch-UpDermaplaning Tool

Dermaplaning is another expensive treatment you can skip at the aesthetician or dermatologist office.  These inexpensive tools do the same exfoliation at 1/25 of the price.  If you want baby-soft skin, these are the tools for you.  Once a week for 10 seconds is all it takes.
