For these recent empty nesters, we designed a lakeshore retreat that embraces both privacy and the ever-shifting colors of Lake Michigan. By elevating living spaces to capture sweeping sunrise views and choosing furnishings that echo the hues of water and sky, we created a home that feels serene, romantic, and truly connected to its setting. Every detail, from soft, curved silhouettes to natural light-filled baths, was chosen to bring the beauty of the outdoors into daily life, making the most of this one-of-a-kind location.
